Small Group Leadership Application 2026 - Summer

Thank you so much for stepping out to lead a Small Group at Sanctuary!  Please fill out this application and we will get you set-up to lead others in the great experience of loving God & loving people while doing life together.  Six week session from May 31 through July 12.

GROUP INFORMATION

Ex: 6-8PM

Please include the address and any details or specifications about the meeting place (landmarks, coffee shop info, etc.). If you plan to host your group at Sanctuary, please indicate any facility needs (video capability, no stairs, etc.).

Just 2-3 sentences describing what you will be doing with your small group. If you are doing a book study, please include the book(s) and/or materials you will be using.

QUALIFICATIONS & LEADERSHIP COMMITMENT OF A SMALL GROUP LEADER

1. Sincere, worthy of respect, and of a good reputation.
2. Have a genuine desire to serve and care for other people.
3. Able to lead, motivate, and teach other people.
4. Able to create positive group dynamics and resolve conflict within the group.
5. Willing to pray for group members and work with assigned coach for personal growth & development of the group
